Extrusion Operator

We are seeking a skilled Extrusion Operator to join our production team at WL Plastics LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our extrusion equipment, ensuring high-quality products and efficient production processes.

• Operate and maintain extrusion equipment to produce high-quality products
• Monitor and control process parameters to optimize production efficiency
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks to minimize downtime
• Collaborate with production team members to achieve production goals and objectives
• Document and report production data and quality metrics

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Basic math and reading skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Our production facility is a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be required to work in a team setting, with regular communication and collaboration with colleagues. You will also be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols at all times.
