Job Summary

This role will work in conjunction with Global & Regional Human Resources to support the strategic planning, design, development, and communication of HR systems programs and initiatives. A major project will also be the implementation of Workday payroll and using HCM for configuration. Data audits - audit the human capital systems to ensure data changes are made correctly and data is accurately reflected and investigate and resolve discrepancies. This position will focus primarily in Workday and require strong analytic skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, Develop, and Maintain HCM Reporting and Analytics Solutions
  • Implement Integration of Workday Payroll Across Multiple Offices
  • Utilize Data-Driven Insights to Inform Business Decisions
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders to Gather and Understand Business Requirements
  • Develop and Implement Strategies to Ensure Data Accuracy and Integrity
  • Monitor and Analyze Data to Identify Trends and Areas of Improvement
  • Develop and Maintain Dashboards, Scorecards, and Other Reporting Tools
  • Present Findings to Executive Teams and Other Stakeholders
  • Train and Mentor Team Members on HCM Reporting and Analytics Best Practices
  • Act as a Data Steward to Ensure Data Accuracy and Integrity
  • Participate in HR Projects as Needed and Generate Reports from Various HCM Data
  • Recommend Controls for Data by Identifying Problems and Writing Detailed Procedures
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 Years of Workday HCM Experience
  • Minimum of 3 Years of Experience with Workday Payroll and Reporting
  • Experience in Advanced Compensation Rollouts and Benefits is Preferred
  • Experience with EIB is Desired
  • Independent Self-Starter with Strong Analytic Skills
  • Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Human Resources or Equivalent Business Experience
  • Proven Ability to Document Current Business Processes, Determine Gaps, and Suggest Effective Solutions
  • Experience Working with Data Visualization and Dashboarding
  • Customer-Focused with Demonstrated Experience and Ability to be Flexible with Changing Priorities
