The Crossroads Center is seeking a visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to drive operational excellence and strategic growth. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for implementing effective operational, managerial, and administrative procedures to drive results and stimulate growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Manage staff and provide strategic leadership aligned with the agency's business plan and vision.
  • Operational Excellence: Collaborate with the CEO and CFO to drive operational and financial results, and develop effective growth strategies, measurement tools, and operational processes.
  • Financial Management: Work closely with the CFO to achieve favorable financial outcomes and set growth-oriented goals, and provide accurate reports on agency operations.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Serve as Compliance Officer, ensuring adherence to internal and external protocols and licensing requirements.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA preferred. 5+ years of executive-level operational experience required.
  • Industry Expertise: Experience in Community Behavioral Health preferred; Clinical Licensure (LISW or LPCC) is a MUST.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong focus on budgeting, financial management, and corporate finance principles. Outstanding organizational, communication, and public speaking skills.
