  • Food Production:
    • Prepare hand-made yeast rolls, cakes, pies, and specialty desserts to meet production needs.
    • Prepare breakfast bakery items on weekends to ensure adequate stock.
    • Utilize the buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf life compliance.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Ensure that all bakery products are fresh, visually appealing, and meet quality standards.
    • Maintain quality by preparing products according to Golden Corral recipes and standards.
    • Monitor and maintain proper portioning and recipe yields.
    • Follow the Bakery and Dessert Café Production Guide.
  • Guest Service:
    • Provide friendly and courteous service to guests, assisting them with baked goods as needed.
    • Understand and follow position responsibilities related to just-in-time delivery.
  • Cleanliness:
    • Meet cleanliness, service, and quality standards as outlined in the duty roster.
    • Comply with local health department regulations.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and quality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
