About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at Ballantrae Apartments in Sanford, FL. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to residents and prospects, managing inbound and outbound calls, and supporting the onsite team with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leasing and touring prospective residents
  • Current resident retention and satisfaction
  • Community-focused marketing
  • Managing inbound and outbound calls
  • Supporting the onsite team with other tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Previous sales or customer service experience
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Availability to work weekend shifts
