We are currently seeking a Graduate Nurse to join our team in the 6 Acute Care Medicine Specialties unit at Hershey Medical Center.
The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with a Temporary Practice Permit or current licensure as a Registered Nurse, looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic clinical environment.
As a Graduate Nurse at Penn State Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, develop your skills in assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, and participate in ongoing learning and professional development opportunities.
**Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
**Job Summary:**
The Graduate Nurse Residency Program is a full-time RN position that creates a seamless educational transition into the nursing world. This position offers an exceptional experience for new RN graduates to continue to learn and grow in their nursing career while assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care to a designated group of patients.
