Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team at Nuvance Health. As a Radiation Therapist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our Radiation Oncology department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver radiation treatments to patients under the guidance of a Radiation Oncologist.
  • Check prescriptions, diagnoses, and patient information to ensure accurate treatment delivery.
  • Assist in tumor localization procedures and prepare equipment for patients.
  • Perform daily warm-ups on equipment and detect any malfunctions.
  • Prepare rooms and equipment for patients according to prescription.
  • Secure lab reports and notify physicians of pertinent values.

Requirements:

  • Radiation Therapy program graduate and R.T.(T) or registry eligible.

Salary Range: $ hourly (Pay per years of relative experience)
