Childcare Specialist

Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses and additional compensation.

Job Description: As a Childcare Specialist at Marcy Precious Little 1s Daycare, you will have the unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young children. Your primary responsibility will be to create a positive environment that fosters social, emotional, and intellectual growth. You will work closely with our team to develop lesson plans and activities that cater to the needs of our scholars aged zero to seven. This role requires strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must have a high school degree and be pursuing a college degree. Additionally, you must be CPR and first aid certified, have 15 hours of health and safety training, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with children is preferred but not required.
