BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality care to clients in their homes. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories, performing diagnostic tests and measurements, and implementing individualized care plans to promote the client's health, safety, and independent living.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting home visits to assess client needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Performing diagnostic tests and measurements to evaluate client mobility, strength, and balance.
  • Implementing manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions to promote client recovery and independence.
  • Documenting client progress and revising care plans as needed.
  • Collaborating with nursing and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.

Qualifications for this role include:

  • A current NJ Physical Therapist license.
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
