Job Summary: We are seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to join our team at Always Best Care. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing essential services to seniors and their families, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic companion care, including light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, and meal preparation
  • Assist with more integral personal care, such as incontinence care, transferring, dressing, and bathing
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Reliability and dependability, with a strong commitment to meeting client needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Two professional references, with a clear TB test result within the last year
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Certifications such as CNA, HHA, or BLS/CPR are a plus, but not required
