Outpatient Psychotherapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Outpatient Psychotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, and will be licensed in a counseling discipline (e.g. LMHC, LICSW, LMFT). The successful candidate will have experience working with a wide range of clinical presentations and client populations, and will be able to work both independently and in a team setting.

• Provide direct psychotherapy to clients through individual, family, couples, and/or group counseling
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, families, care providers, and other stakeholders to facilitate high-quality communication, support, and coordination of care
• Act as an essential member of the clinical team through regular collaboration with internal providers and participation in team meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions
• Maintain client records in accordance with quality standards; complete clinical documentation including comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Massachusetts independent licensure in a counseling discipline (e.g. LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) is preferred. Otherwise, candidates must be license eligible and actively working towards achieving independent licensure within two years of hire
• Knowledge and experience working with a wide range of clinical presentations and client populations
• Strong computer skills including an ability to host telehealth sessions, use electronic health records, and proficiency with electronic communication
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Able to work both independently and in a team setting
