Job Title: Geriatrician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Geriatrician to join our team at NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi. As a Geriatrician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our geriatric population. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive geriatric care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of geriatric-related conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in educational programs and activities to stay up-to-date on the latest geriatric care practices

Qualifications:

  • Board Certification or Eligibility in Geriatrics
  • Current NYS license (or the ability to obtain one)
  • At least 5 years of clinical experience post fellowship is preferred
