Job Title: Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Luxco team in Bardstown, KY. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our distillery equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Perform routine maintenance on distillery equipment, including pneumatics, pumps, hydraulics, and valves.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and instrumentation issues.
  • Assist in maintaining and ensuring proper operation of the boiler, reverse osmosis system, water softener, chiller, and cooling tower.
  • Work with PLC and instrumentation systems to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in the food and/or beverage industry, with a strong understanding of maintenance processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
