- Establish Priorities and Assign Tasks: Prioritize tasks, assign work to team members, and coordinate efforts to ensure productivity and meet quality standards.
- Maintain Quality Control: Ensure high-level quality control within the department by monitoring production processes and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Manage Scheduling and Attendance: Schedule staff, manage attendance, and maintain accurate records.
- Drive Culture Change: Foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Develop and Implement Processes: Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Leadership Experience: Prior lead experience or assistant management experience is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and direct staff.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve production issues.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient production processes.
