Motion Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Motion Therapist to join our team at Proformance Sports Rehabilitation, LLC. As a performance-based clinic serving an active population in the Annapolis area, we provide 75-minute initial evaluations and 55-minute follow-up sessions with entirely one-on-one patient care.

Founded in 2019 by a physical therapist tired of seeing low standards of care within the profession, Proformance set out to create a new standard. Our goal is to aid individuals in rehabilitating injuries, recovering correctly, strengthening and conditioning their bodies for peak performance, and learning to fuel themselves appropriately.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000, depending on experience.

As a Motion Therapist, you will work closely with patients to develop personalized rehabilitation plans tailored to their specific needs and goals. You will conduct thorough evaluations, design effective treatment programs, and provide one-on-one care to ensure optimal recovery and performance.

• A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Clinical experience in sports rehabilitation and performance enhancement
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
