Job Summary:

The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for developing and analyzing competitive proposal text, budget, and client bid grids while working closely with internal proposal key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Review Requests for Proposal (RFP) and identify information for proposal text and budget development.
Collaborate with the proposal development team to prepare and finalize proposals, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Prepare text and budget for proposals, rebids, and related documents, adhering to client expectations.
Participate in strategy calls to discuss customer requirements and identify discrepancies in customer information.
Perform quality control edits on all documents to ensure they are in-line with client expectations and participate in the finalization of documents and distribution to the customer and internal departments.
Update and maintain corporate databases as required, ensuring accurate information is included in tracking reports.
Participate in training, coaching, and mentoring new staff, promoting knowledge sharing and growth.
Participate in customer meetings, fostering strong relationships and understanding client needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business or Science field.
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience, with a focus on proposal development and clinical research.
Strong attention to detail, intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and ability to analyze data using Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
