Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team at ASM Global. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Assist in the installation of electrical power, lighting controls, and other systems as needed
  • Monitor and maintain facility equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Assist with snow removal and other outdoor maintenance tasks as needed
  • Perform facility painting, patching, and repairs as required
  • Operate auxiliary supply systems and assist with shutdown and start-ups of utilities as needed
  • Assist with electrical, plumbing, painting, renovations, and general maintenance needs as required
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid vehicle driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English
  • Familiarity with blueprints and trade skills a plus
Working Conditions

This position requires regular movement around the facility, standing for long periods, and performing tasks that involve repetitive eye/hand coordination. Daily lifting up to 50 lbs. is also required.
