COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
We offer a highly competitive compensation structure, featuring a base salary complemented by a monthly bonus program, starting at $100,000.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is a licensed independent professional and integral member of our healthcare team, responsible for overseeing and coordinating care for patients in pain management. This role requires adherence to both State and Federal regulations and standards of care, which include, but are not limited to, health status assessment, diagnosis, care plan development, treatment implementation, and patient status evaluation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Valid Texas Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License.
- Certification from the Texas Medical Board.
- Possession of a DEA license.
- National Provider Identifier (NPI) number.
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to navigate Electronic Medical Records effectively.
- Capacity to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Ability to think independently and make informed decisions.
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's degree.
LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED:
- Texas Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) license.
