Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, assessing and prioritizing patient needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate patient records, ensuring timely and effective communication with the healthcare team.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of hire.
  • Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, prioritizing patient needs and collaborating with colleagues to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
