Key Responsibilities- Leverage over 8 years of expertise in reviewing Business Requirements Documents to formulate comprehensive Test Strategies, Test Plans, and Test Cases, while guiding offshore and nearshore teams.
- Participate actively in Requirements, Design, Development, and Testing Sessions, drawing on 6+ years of collaborative experience.
- Analyze project scope and devise test execution plans for sprint releases, utilizing 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Prepare Test Plans, Test Strategies, and Estimation documents as necessary, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Engage in the discovery phase by conducting thorough requirements analysis and developing test scope documents, collaborating closely with multiple legacy teams.
- Contribute to scrum meetings, ensuring that regression testing is initiated without any blockers or dependencies.
- Coordinate with both offshore QA teams and onsite personnel to monitor execution status, communicate updates to project leadership, and identify risks along with mitigation strategies.
- Distribute technical tasks among team members and execute according to the project timeline.
- Regularly review peer tasks to ensure adherence to project quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Utilize 4+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams to address any blockers related to web services or third-party environmental issues.
- Demonstrate proficiency in developing high-quality code that aligns with customer requirements across Web, Mobile, and API platforms.
- Create and review BDD feature files for both iOS and Android applications.
- Coordinate with QA and business teams for system integration and UAT testing, drawing on 6+ years of experience.
- Work closely with peer developers and QA team members to uphold the overall quality of solutions.
- Collaborate with Integration test teams to plan and execute end-to-end QA and product testing.
- Adhere to agile/scrum methodologies for software development, providing regular updates on progress.
- Possess experience with Automation test frameworks such as Selenium for web automation and Appium, Playwright for mobile app automation, with additional familiarity with similar tools being advantageous.
