About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bakery Associate to join our team in Allentown, PA. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing fresh baked items daily for our members. This role involves operating baking equipment, following recipes, wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise according to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs.
  • Operate baking equipment, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, answer their questions, and resolve any issues that may arise.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly wage range of $17.00 to $24.00, plus additional compensation in the form of premiums.
