This position reports to the Technical Service Manager and offers substantial opportunities for career advancement. The sectors served include Tier 1 and Tier 2 Automotive, Aerospace, and Medical Devices, particularly in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot, test, install, train, and service high-precision mechanical systems.
  • Support customer production processes effectively.

Additional Duties:

  • Repair and maintain machine systems and products.
  • Install systems and conduct acceptance testing.
  • Engage with customers for factory acceptance tests.
  • Travel internationally as required, up to 50% of the time.
  • Program and troubleshoot new machinery.
  • Apply machinery to customer applications.
  • Enhance job knowledge through educational opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in Customer Service, Technical Skills, Problem Solving, Attention to Detail, Administrative Skills, Mechanical and Electrical Aptitude, and ERP Knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
  • A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience with CNC or Machine Controls is advantageous.
