  • Investigate and resolve problems through root cause analysis using various reports and data to resolve logistics challenges.
  • Monitor and provide status updates on cooler service tickets.
  • Maintain distributor customer master data.
  • Provide logistics and transfer support as needed.
  • Assist with point of sales experience.

Requirements

  • 0-1+ years' experience in customer service and logistics operations.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic analytical skills with Microsoft Excel experience.
  • Fluent in English.

Preferred Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of logistics functions within SAP or a comparable ERP system.
  • Bilingual a plus.

Education

Bachelor's Degree preferred, ideally in a related field to the position requirements.
