Job Summary:

The Public Space Attendant is a vital role within our organization, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of public and associate areas. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain public restrooms, windows, ash urns, sidewalks, food and beverage outlets, and associate break areas
  • Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain awareness of and follow all safety procedures and guidelines related to guests and associates
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of special events
  • Represent Ozark Mill LLC in a positive, friendly, and professional manner at all times
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Candidate Profile:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Hospitality experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk up and down inclines/stairs throughout the shift
