**Job Summary:** We are seeking a motivated and reliable Facilities Caretaker to join our team at Interior Environmental Management.

**Estimated Salary:** $42,000 - $62,000 per year

**Key Responsibilities:**

Custodial Duties
  1. Maintain floors including cleaning and waxing.
  2. Perform outdoor work to include, but not limited to, snow removal, salt areas as needed, leaf pickup, sporting facilities clean up and gutter cleaning.
Maintenance Tasks
  1. Service, repair, and maintain equipment in the Custodial Department.
  2. Report and respond to emergency calls for custodial assistance.

**Requirements:***

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of experience in custodial/maintenance work.
  • Familiarity with power equipment including, but not limited to, forklifts, carpet extractors, pressure washer, hand and power tools.
