About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pizza Cook to join our team at Sid's Pizza. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food products to meet the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To prepare and cook food products as specified by the shift leader while adhering to the specifications and procedures for Sid's Pizza.
  • To accomplish tasks in a timely, clean, and orderly manner.
  • To maintain a friendly and enthusiastic attitude while performing job assignments.
  • To ensure that all food product meets the specifications, procedures, and quality standards stated in the kitchen operating manual.
  • To maintain a clean work area by practicing 'clean-as-you-go' practices.
Position Requirements:
  • To continuously stand and/or walk on hard floors to prepare and cook food, get stock items, and transport items to/from the kitchen, stock room, food prep area, and front lines for periods of up to eight hours.
  • To frequently lift and stack 35 to 55 pounds of food and supply items from various heights from and onto shelving, in freezers, coolers, stockroom, etc.
  • To communicate with and listen to customers, management, and other team members to ensure optimal performance.
  • To have high school diploma or GED preferred; at least 6 months of experience in similar position.
  • To be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience and location. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.
