Soliant is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for a school-based position in the vicinity of Lincolnton, NC.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of students' abilities to identify functional limitations and establish personalized goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments, tailored to address specific student needs.
- Administer therapeutic interventions, including exercises, ADL training, adaptive equipment recommendations, and environmental modifications.
- Monitor students' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans for optimal outcomes.
- Hold a Master's Level Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Possess an active state licensure.
- Preferably have experience working with school-age students.
