Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist

Company: Soliant

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team as a contract professional in a school district located in the Midwest region of the United States.

The selected individual will be working with students ranging from preK to 8th grade, providing speech and/or language therapy to students identified with communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized speech and language therapy plans for students with communication disorders
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress and service delivery
  • Evaluate students with suspected communication disorders and make recommendations for speech and language services as required
  • Collaborate with school personnel and parents to develop and implement integrated goals for students with multiple disabilities
  • Participate in the Medicaid billing process for school-based services

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Indiana

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with students with diverse communication needs and abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
