We are seeking a skilled and energetic Prep Cook to join our team at the Whole Foods Market in Maui Mall. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing sushi and other Asian dishes to meet the high standards of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare sushi and other dishes in advance and to order
  • Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and marinating
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Provide excellent customer service and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve kitchen goals

Requirements:

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Be available to work all Sundays and holidays
  • Be eligible to work in the U.S.
