- You will work 12-hour shifts on weekends, utilizing your nursing skills to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Our ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes and a passion for working in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, incorporating therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring and documenting their effectiveness.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and goal setting.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and wellness.
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which you practice.
- Current Health Certificate and PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
