We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ramp Services Manager to join our team at Swissport International AG. Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Manage Staff: Lead a team of ramp staff to ensure excellent customer service, maintain safety and performance standards, and develop strong relationships with customers and airport authorities.
- Maintain Safety and Performance Standards: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Develop and Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers, airport authorities, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Report and Take Action: Identify and report irregularities, and take appropriate action to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
- Participate in Meetings: Attend internal and customer meetings to discuss operational issues, share best practices, and provide updates on key performance indicators.
- Conduct Briefings and Audits: Conduct daily shift briefings, safety meetings, and perform daily/weekly audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Minimum one year experience in ramp service or a related field.
- Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, effective verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Certifications: Valid unrestricted Provincial Driver's License, DA, and Transport Security Clearance.
- Availability: Flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Competitive Compensation: $24.00/hr.
