Under the direct supervision of the Imaging Services Manager and the general supervision of the Director of Diagnostic Imaging, performs CT scan procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of disease and injuries.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct CT scans to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Operate and maintain CT scanners and other imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and experience.

**Requirements:**

  • Satisfactory completion of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology.
  • Texas General Medical Radiologic Technologist License upon hire, or National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Computed Tomography Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board.
  • Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
  • 1 year experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
