Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per yearThis role requires a strong understanding of customer service principles and the ability to deliver exceptional experiences. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for embracing our diverse culture, demonstrating Lane Selling behaviors, and contributing to the achievement of company goals.

- We Win As A Team: Communicating and collaborating with positive intent, supporting client experience throughout all touch points, supporting and executing floor-sets, maintaining visual brand standards, ensuring opening and closing checklist tasks are completed daily, supporting Asset Protection efforts to prevent shrink and ensure safety, and reporting to work as scheduled.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Specialty selling/retail experience preferred.
- Technology proficient.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English; other languages desirable.
The position requires constantly moving throughout the store to assist customers, retrieve merchandise, complete floor sets, unpack and replenish stock, and complete other tasks. This involves prolonged pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, and reaching, and may involve tight or confined spaces. The associate must be able to frequently operate a computerized register system, adjust or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds with assistance. Climbing an 8-foot ladder is also required for retrieving merchandise displayed or stored above shoulder level.
