Physical Requirements: The role involves a moderate level of physical exertion, including bending, kneeling, stooping, crawling, and climbing. Candidates must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted, with an average lift of less than 35 lbs.
Work Environment: The position is based inside a manufacturing facility, which may not be uniformly heated or air-conditioned. Employees may be exposed to dust, oil, grime, fumes, and industrial lubricants. The noise level is moderate, and hearing protection may be necessary. Eye protection is required due to exposure to grinding and welding debris. Other personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes is also mandatory.
