Key Responsibilities
  • Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Work effectively with team members to identify and rectify production issues, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Conduct quality checks to verify that products meet specifications, using precision measuring instruments where necessary.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in welding, manufacturing, or related fields is essential.
  • Able to interpret engineering blueprints and schematics accurately.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members.
  • Physical stamina to handle demanding workloads.
  • Must be WABO certified.

 Compensation and Benefits

Estimated Annual Salary: $85,000 - $125,000 based on experience and location.
