Job Overview

Fourteen Foods, the largest Dairy Queen franchisee in the world, is seeking a highly skilled District Manager to oversee multiple restaurant locations within a designated region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all locations meet or exceed company standards in terms of customer service, quality of products, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise restaurant managers and staff to ensure they are properly trained and executing their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance and provide coaching and feedback to restaurant managers.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in fast-food restaurant management, including at least 2 years of experience in a multi-unit management role.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Must successfully pass a background check.
  • Possession of Food Handler's Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
  • Strong understanding of the quick service restaurant industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
