About This RoleThe Customer Relationship Specialist plays a vital role in our customers' experience, with a broad range of responsibilities that include assisting with regular financial transactions, building strong relationships, understanding customers' financial needs, and identifying solutions by directing them to the products that best meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Understand and protect all customer information, adhering to customer confidentiality procedures.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with customers.
- Act as a financial partner by servicing customers' needs, understanding how they bank, and recognizing opportunities.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of our products and services.
- Perform a wide range of services, including deposit account opening, servicing, and maintenance, account closings, and daily customer transactions, ensuring applicable regulations, disclosures, policies, and procedures are followed.
- Perform Business Development functions to help originate new business.
- Foster teamwork and collaboration to build relationships with team members and other departments.
- Take the initiative to learn and grow professionally.
We are seeking a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) with two to three years of bank-related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Customer service and cash handling skills are preferred. Must be eager and willing to learn.
