Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to members, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process prescriptions and orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all necessary information is complete and up-to-date.
  • Stock and secure pharmacy supplies and merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist with processing payments, returns, and exchanges, using appropriate procedures for different membership and payment types.
  • Complete and maintain paperwork, forms, and other required documentation, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Pharmacy technician certification or training preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
