Your Job

The Retail Sales Associate is a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales results. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing outstanding customer service and in-depth product information
  • Assisting customers in selecting and purchasing merchandise
  • Cleaning and stocking all areas of the store, including the sales floor and stock areas
  • Participating in sales incentive programs
  • Completing end-of-day store clean-up as necessary
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the store manager and supervisor
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 0+ years of retail experience
  • Availability to work two to three shifts a week, including evenings and weekends
  • Moderate computer proficiency and ability to quickly learn new computer programs
  • Accurate cash-handling and inventory counting abilities
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to see the big picture
  • Passionate participation in Brooks' sports activities a plus

This is a non-exempt, hourly position located in our Retail Outlet Store in Bothell, WA.
