We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to lead our medium to large-sized engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction/construction management (EPFC/CM) projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance throughout all project phases.
  • Execute project plans in accordance with contractual obligations, Fluor's Operating System Requirements (OSR), and relevant Operating System Implementation Plan (OSIP).
  • Manage project execution and commercial baselines, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Establish and maintain project baselines, ensuring accurate documentation and communication to the Fluor project team.
  • Deliver projects in accordance with project execution and commercial baselines.
Requirements
  • Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and twelve years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to sixteen years if non-degreed.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Job-related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
  • Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.
  • Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Jobsite experience and understanding of construction safety programs.
  • Minimum of twelve years of relevant experience in engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction/construction management (EPFC/CM) project management.
  • Project or area management experience in international locations and diverse cultural environments.
  • Demonstration of successful performance as project manager on a minimum of two medium to large-sized projects or multiple project assignments in a significant role on large to very large-sized EPFC/CM projects.
