Main Responsibilities:
- Develop Strategic Roadmap: Create and implement a comprehensive strategic roadmap that aligns with the company's vision and market dynamics.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Drive cross-functional teams and ensure their execution across the organization.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on global IT trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.
- Business Growth: Identify and evaluate growth opportunities including partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, and new service offerings.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with CEOs of Metanet companies, board members, and executive leadership to communicate strategic priorities and progress.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor the success of strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in strategic roles, preferably within the IT services or technology sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies in a complex, competitive environment.
- In-depth knowledge of global IT trends and the ability to leverage insights from Silicon Valley's dynamic tech community.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
