Job Summary
Como Ingeniero de Desarrollo de Prácticas en la Torre de Talentos de Cemento en CEMEX USA, participarás en un programa de 10 semanas de trabajo práctico enfocado en la fabricación de cemento, mejoras de procesos, calidad y confiabilidad, mantenimiento de equipo y gestión de datos.
Ganarás experiencia práctica a través de rotaciones y proyectos, mientras colaboras y te conectas con las líneas de negocio de CEMEX.
Responsabilidades del trabajo
- Capaz de trabajar al aire libre el 80% del tiempo.
- Experiencia práctica a través de trabajo basado en proyectos.
- Liderar y cumplir con todas las reglas y regulaciones de CEMEX, OSHA y/o MSHA.
- Cumplir o superar los estándares de seguridad de la empresa, ser un defensor de la seguridad.
- Realizar otras responsabilidades del trabajo asignadas.
Requisitos
- Estudiante activo y con un promedio de 2.5 o superior (3.0 preferido).
- 2 años de experiencia relevante (industria pesada o de manufactura es preferido), incluyendo colocaciones, co-op, prácticas, o proyectos universitarios.

Condiciones de trabajo
- Exposición a condiciones ambientales, incluyendo calor, frío, ruido y trabajo al aire libre.
- Deberá usar equipo de protección mientras se encuentra en el lugar.
- Requiere posición estacionaria, travesía, movimiento, transporte y la capacidad de operar, activar, usar, preparar, inspeccionar, colocar, detectar o posicionar.
- Exertir hasta 50 libras de fuerza ocasionalmente, y/o una cantidad negligible de fuerza con frecuencia.
- Mientras se desempeña las responsabilidades de este trabajo, el empleado está regularmente requerido para comunicarse con empleados/visitantes, así como funcionar de manera segura alrededor de equipo rodante pesado.
- Deberá poder realizar todas las funciones del trabajo, que incluyen, pero no se limitan a, empujar, girar y/o tirar de controles.
Requisitos físicos
