About the Role

ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is currently seeking a highly skilled Advanced Medical Imaging Specialist to join their team on a travel assignment in Charlotte, North Carolina.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a reputable healthcare staffing agency and utilize your expertise in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) technology. As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for operating advanced medical equipment, taking precise images of the body's internal structures, and collaborating with radiologists to produce high-quality diagnostic images.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate MRI scanners to capture high-resolution images of patients' internal structures
  • Prepare patients for exams, explain procedures, and ensure patient comfort and safety
  • Collaborate with radiologists to interpret images and provide diagnostic information
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of patient exams and procedures
Requirements:
  • Current certification as an MRI Technologist (CRT/MRI or ARRT)
  • At least 1 year of experience in MRI technology, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and other medical software
Compensation and Benefits:

The pay package for this role includes a competitive hourly rate based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Additionally, ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC offers a referral bonus program to encourage employee referrals.
