Executive Housekeeper Job Summary

At Residence Inn Atlanta Gwinnett, we are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead our Housekeeping Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate Housekeeping personnel to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient room turns and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control housekeeping equipment and supplies, ensuring optimal usage and minimizing waste.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with Highgate Hotel standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage vendor contracts and maintain relationships with external partners to ensure high-quality services.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance Housekeeping staff skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback and Medallia scores to inform departmental improvements.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Supervisory experience required, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
