Job Title: Signals Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary:

The Signals Intelligence Analyst will apply specialized experience and knowledge to develop reports, intelligence products, and analytic assessments to provide the government customer with actionable intelligence and context to drive their mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply experience with the characterization of complex target networks, use SIGINT database repositories and analytic tools to interpret meaning and synthesize multiple datasets to answer established intelligence requirements.
  • Leverage experience with direction finding, geo-location equipment, and SIGINT Geolocation Analysis (SGA) to produce data in support of various intelligence reports.
  • Fusing SIGINT data with various intelligence disciplines for analytical reports.
  • Deploy CONUS and OCONUS in support of the customer.
Requirements:
  • Advanced experience with SIGINT, Cyber, and Digital Network Intelligence analysis and exploitation techniques, internet protocol utilization, and advanced communications technologies.
  • Ability to exploit as many forms of Cyber collect as possible.
  • Proven capability working with Cyber tradecraft and methodology.
  • Ability to understand and work with raw data throughout the collection process.
  • Fundamental understanding of networks (IP routing) and all seven layers of the OSI model as well as how to utilize the different layers for exploitation.
  • Code-division multiple access (CDMA) and UTS theory and understanding as well as RF, VHF, DMR and related technology.
  • Experience compiling intelligence reports.
  • Ability to deploy CONUS and OCONUS.
  • Ability to work next to and communicate effectively with non-SIGINTers including developers and data scientists.
  • Willingness to adapt to emerging technology and learn new skills.
Education & Certifications:
  • Bachelor's in a field related to International Relations, Homeland Security, Intelligence Studies, Cybersecurity, Information Technology.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI polygraph required.
