Tax Preparation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Preparation Manager to join our team at Jackson Hewitt - 1689. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day activities of our seasonal team members, ensuring the efficient operation of our tax preparation services, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit, train, and manage a team of tax preparers to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality tax preparation services.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Collaborate with the HR department to manage employee relations, training, and development.
- Ensure all locations meet company standards, including office setup, technology, and facilities maintenance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in management or supervisory roles, preferably in the tax preparation industry.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- PTIN certification preferred.
