Stylist (Fashion Specialist)

We are seeking a skilled Stylist to join our team at Lane Bryant. As a Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales through effective selling techniques.

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English; other languages desirable

This role requires constant movement throughout the store to assist customers, retrieve merchandise, complete floor sets, unpack and replenish stock, and complete other tasks. The position involves prolonged pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, and reaching, and may involve tight or confined spaces. The associate must be able to frequently operate a computerized register system and adjust or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds in all directions. Occasionally, the associate may need to adjust or move objects weighing as much as 50 pounds in all directions with assistance available. The associate must also be able to retrieve merchandise displayed or stored above shoulder level on a frequent basis, which may include climbing an 8-foot ladder.
