This dynamic role requires a strong understanding of sales strategies, product development, and customer relationships. As a Product Sales Manager, you will be responsible for empowering our field sales team with impactful sales collateral, smart pricing strategies, and deep technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales efforts for size reduction equipment and stainless steel products, serving as the subject matter expert.
  • Collaborate with Sales Management and Regional Sales Managers to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Manage the profitability of the product line, setting pricing and managing aftermarket business initiatives.
  • Identify current competitive solutions and disseminate information internally.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with the Engineering Team to guide product adaptations and new product development.
  • Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting assistance to the Customer Service department.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product line management, sales, engineering, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical area of study, with two to five years of related management or support experience.
  • Mechanical and electrical aptitudes, along with food industry experience, are highly desirable.

This role requires up to 25% travel for technical and commercial support in the field and occasional trade shows. Normal business hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, with flexibility to accommodate trade show and customer schedules.
