Job Overview

Physicians Toxicology Laboratory LLC is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Specimen Collector to be the welcoming face of our company and to foster our partnerships with clinics. This role involves conducting urine and blood specimen collections while ensuring the integrity of the specimens.

Salary and Benefits

The starting salary for this position is $18.00 per hour, offering an attractive compensation package that reflects the importance of this role in our organization.

Job Responsibilities
  • Discuss the drug testing process with patients, obtain consent, and ensure the accuracy of paperwork.
  • Packaging and shipping specimens to laboratories in a timely fashion.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with clinics and ensuring supplies are kept in stock.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior medical field experience, including roles such as Medical Assistant (MA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), is preferred.
Other Requirements

This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to comply with HIPAA regulations. Additionally, reliable transportation is essential for success in this position.
