Job Summary
As a RedHat Platform Architect at Omni Inclusive, you will be responsible for designing and implementing RedHat solutions. Your key objectives will include resolving tickets efficiently, providing support for on-call escalations, and working on value-added activities such as knowledge base updates and training freshers.

Key Responsibilities
(1) Independently resolve tickets to meet the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time for the team.
(2) Provide support for on-call escalations or L3 level support and do incident and problem management.
(3) Work on value adding activities such as Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviews or participation in hiring drives.
(4) Adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies.
(5) Ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases.
(6) Participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
